Certified Resveratrol – An Over the Counter Supplement – Review
Michael B West asked:
O.K., so you’re probably like one of the 1 billion other people that saw either Barbara Walters, Dr. Oz & Oprah, or Mike Wallace discussing Resveratrol. You’ve read up on it, but now you’re trying to decide which product to buy. Among the gazillion offers, trials and brands available, which one is the best? In this article I’m going to attempt to give you the run down on one of the most popular brands, Certified Resveratrol.
Certified Resveratrol is touting their 15 day free trial all over the internet, but when it comes down to it, do they make the grade. A couple of weeks ago I decided to order the 15 day trial to see if I would notice a difference in how I feel within the trial period. I shelled out the $5.95 shipping and handling fee and received the product in about 4 days. To my surprise, a couple of things happened in the first couple of weeks.
Week 1: I noticed after one week that I did seem to have more energy. I actually woke up earlier than normal and seemed to be ready to go. But what’s really surprised me was my sleep seemed to be better. I just felt more rested.
My week two surprise was even better. I thought I should monitor my weight closely to see if there was any change. Oddly enough, after only 2 weeks of taking the supplement I noticed that I had 1.5 pounds. This is especially odd because I continue to eat my same variety of food, which does include some occasional fast food.
Here are some other things I like about certified Resveratrol:
1) Customer service information is really easy to find on their web page and the wait time on the phone isn’t bad at all.
2) I like the 15 day trial before you buy. It seems like, from the research I’ve done, any quality resveratrol product is going cost about $2.58 a day (there are cheaper products, but I’m personally staying away from those, as from what I’ve read, the quality lacks.)
3) Cost is reasonable. As I mentioned above, seems to be in line with most of the well known brands.
4) Auto shipment every month direct to my door. This is much more convenient than having to remember get online to order or drive over to a health food store.
Some disadvantages to Certified Resveratrol:
The only thing I could see others finding annoying is that you are automatically signed up for the auto ship when you are given the free trial. I wish you were given the option to opt out until you get to try the product or given the option to go month-to-month. I liked this particular feature, but others might not. I could see this being annoying. Good news is that you can try it and then decide if it’s right for you, and if not, just cancel the subscription.
